Seminar conducted by Ms Anne Harbisher . Ms Anne Harbisher is a Principal Lecturer in the Business
School at Staffordshire University UK. Her main teaching area is Consumer
Behaviour and Services Marketing. Her current position is as Quality Manager
for the Business School, chairing award and assessment boards and developing
the Quality agenda for the School. She specially came down to Malaysia and addressed the student of APU on the topic of Marketing and Consumer Behavior. It was was full of information and gave us a big idea about the field work. She also explained the diffidence between the concepts of marketing and sales in Asia and Europe.
